Steve Does Poetry

I don’t know why I’m posting this instead of Steve, but here it goes. Please enjoy this lovely poem written for Winky the other night:

Winky Winky, time to go!
Outside the womb is where to grow!
Leave your mother, she needs rest.
Can we entice you with a supple breast?
Oh, I see, you don’t care.
But how could it be fun in there?
We have tons and tons of toys out here,
Lots of friends and lots of beer.
Sorry, ehem, you can’t have that yet,
But if you don’t come through your fate is set.
To float and sleep, such a boring fate.
But here’s what I promise will be great.
Of all the things we could talk about,
And it won’t take long to figure this out,
The best thing about not being in there,
Is all the love you’ll find everywhere.
