Please enjoy this fine compilation of things which have vanished in the past few weeks and things for which I have a new-found appreciation. There are many.
FOUND:
- Killer cooking/baking skills to fill those long waiting hours
- Love of a good between-the-knees pillow for sleeping*
- Joy that the bathroom is about 6 steps from the bedroom rather than all the way downstairs as it was in St. Joe
- My St. Jude medal (which I’ve taken to wearing regularly)

- Comfort in sitting/bouncing on an exercise ball
LOST:
- Ability to easily reach my feet and, therefore, put on socks and shoes

- Desire to do anything but binge watch Friends on Netflix
- My ladylike sitting skills

- Self-control when it comes to sweets
LOST AND FOUND:
- Missing a belly button, but gained some very angry looking stretch marks

There you go. I’m sure there are millions of other qualifying list items, but there’s just no time for that right now!
*Note: I don’t really sleep anymore. At least not more than a couple of hours at a time. Practice for waking up all the time to feed Winky!
