The announcement is a bit delayed (We’ve been preoccupied with something…) but on Friday, April 17th Steve and I welcomed little Ada Lorraine Ruprecht into the big, bright world! She was born at 8:36 in the morning, weighed a solid 9 pounds 2 ounces, and was a whopping 22 inches long. Everything went extremely smoothly and we were lucky enough to make it out of the hospital and home for rest/recovery within 36 hours of checking in.
There will be more to come in the near future regarding our birth and hospital experience, but for now, here are a couple of pictures of the little lady:
